What is Nirena?
Nirena, unlike many soaps and chemical sprays, cleans the vagina sensitively and safely freeing it from harmful bacteria. Nirena contains special compounds that have antibacterial, anti-microbial, anti-fungal and anti-inflammatory properties. These ingredients, which have been extensively researched and proven effective in clinical trials, help in preserving the natural flora of the vagina and maintains the normal pH balance.
This contains several fast-acting high performance ingredients, synergistically developed in an organic gel. The ingredients are derived naturally, preserving the purity and action. This hypoallergenic gel contains no synthetic chemicals and helps naturally to maintain vaginal health and prevent itching, bad odour and discharge that results from infections of the vagina.
How does this work?
Nirena works by utilising essential lactobacillus bacteria, which uses glycogen from cells within the vaginal epithelium. This transforms the lactobacillus into lactic acid to maintain a normal acidity with a low pH factor of 4.0. It works to encourage the growth of the Döderlein’s bacillus and discourages the growth of foreign pathogens, to create a healthy vagina.
Who should use Nirena?
Women who suffer from the symptoms such as itching, odour or other symptoms of vaginitis more than once a year should use this. It helps to minimise the risks of yeast infections, bacterial vaginosis, trichomoniasis and many other symptoms of vaginitis. This may prove to be more effective and more comfortable to use than bath soaps, bubble baths or sprays on the vulva, and douching. How to do you use it?
You can use it by pumping a small amount of it on the moistened fingers of a washcloth. Massage it gently over the vulva and opening of the vagina. Rinse thoroughly after use.
