Male Genitals

Genitals! What are genitals? Have you ever thought about them? And what about male genitals and female genitals do you know about them?

Well genitals are basically male and female reproductive organs. Simple as that! But most of us think and consider these organs to be much more than just well organs. For most people, female and male genitals are also the centers of sensual pleasure.

When it comes to reproductive organs, all that most of us know is that it´s the penis and the vagina! But the penis is part of the male genitals while the vagina is a female genital and there is a lot more that goes into making male genitals or female genitals. It is not simple the process of erection or orgasm. It is a fact that the female and male genitals are the organs that give us the most amount of satisfaction and pleasure, a kind of pleasure which is unmatched and at the same time is very necessary for us.

Male Genitals

Let us get to know male genitals in this article!

Male Genitals are of two kinds, the first being external male genitals and the second being the internal male genitals.

The external male genitals again consist of two parts, the penis and the scrotum.

The penis! Well who doesn´t know about penis! We all do, right! Technically speaking, the penis is a cylindrical tube like structure that has a magical capacity to be erect and flaccid. It is the primary male genital and one that is most known. Penis is an organ that provides passage to both the semen and the urine. It is also the male genital that penetrates into the female genital the vagina for sexual pleasure and reproduction.

The other external male genital is the scrotum. This is a rather unfamiliar word for many of us, but in the simplest of terms, the scrotum is the pouch of skin that hangs exactly beneath the penis and contains the testes. What does the scrotum do? Its main function is maintenance of temperature necessary for production of sperm by the testes. It also acts as a protective shield for the testes! This makes it a very important male genital.

Coming to the internal male genitals, these consist of the seminal vesicles, the testes, the prostate gland, the vans deferens, and the Cowper´s glands. The seminal vesicles are a pair of gland vesicles that secrete the fluid that makes up the semen in which sperm is transported. The testes on the other hand are located in the scrotum and are the main production organ for the male sex hormone testosterone and the sperms. The testes are very sensitive to touch and pressure.

The prostate gland is also a glandular structure that secretes about 30% of the semen, the other 60% being secreted by the seminal vesicles. The prostate gland is very sensitive to stimulation and is a major source of sexual pleasure for some men. The vans deferens is a paired tube that carries the mature sperm to the urethra. The Cowper´s gland consists of 2 small pea sized glands at the base of the penis. These glands produce pre-ejaculation fluid mucoid. This acts as a lubricant for the sperms.

The above bunch of organs for the male genitals and this is all there is to the male genitals. While it all sounds really simple, the male genitals are a complex set or organs that in combination with the female genitals give rise to new life. As such male genitals can also be called the joint-center of all life.
