A parasite is any organism that exists inside another living organism, surviving by absorbing its carrier’s nutrients. By doing so, it causes varying degrees of harm to its carrier, which may lead to serious stomach and abdominal problems. The most common types of parasite that infect humans are tape worms and roundworms. Parasites can invade our bodies via the food and water we ingest, through mosquito bites, sexual contact or through the nose and skin. Fortunately, with effective parasite treatments you can live free of harmful tape worms and roundworms. |
