Are there any hidden costs when buying from Shytobuy?
No, there are no hidden costs, you only pay for the item and for delivery - nothing more, nothing less.

Do you have a store that I can visit?
No, ShytoBuy.co.uk is an online store only. We source our products from all over the world, which besides keeping us very busy, allows us to bring you the finest quality products at the most competitive prices. Having a physical shop would increase our costs dramatically, meaning that we wouldn't be able to pass on great savings to you!

What is your security policy?
Shytobuy is committed to customer privacy and security. Our on-line ordering system uses the latest secure encryption technology. All personal and credit card information is submitted with the highest level of security for your protection.

When will my Order arrive?
All UK orders take a maximum of 48 hours to get to you. If you order from outside the UK, please allow 4-5 days. We do however try to get the items to you the next day. Orders placed on a weekend are processed on a Monday.

Will my order be discreetly packaged?
All products are despatched by us and are packaged discreetly to ensure safe, untampered arrival to your door.

Do I need to be home to sign for it?
Yes, UPS require a signature on delivery as confirmation of receipt. You can arrange for the item to be delivered to perhaps a work address for convenience.

What if I am unable to be at home when UPS attempts delivery?
UPS will leave a calling card so you can arrange redelivery (at a convenient time for you), or alternatively they will return the following day to try and deliver again.

I placed my order a few days ago, why has it not arrived?
Please get in touch straight away.

Which Credit/Debit cards do you accept?
At present we accept the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Switch and Solo.

Why do you need my phone number on the order form?
We may need to contact you if there is a problem with your payment or for other security issues regarding your order.

Are my personal details safe with you, or will I start getting unsolicited email/post?
We object to spam, and assure you that your details will not be used for such activities.

What if my question has not been answered by any of the above?

Can I pay by Cheque / Postal Orders?
Yes. Please make cheques / postal orders payable to Comfort Click Ltd. Please allow a few more days for delivery due to payment clearance. Please place an order as normal however, please enter ficticious card start and end date, enter card number as '0000' (four zeros) and enter Name on Card as Cheque or Postal Order accordingly. Then, once you are emailed confirmation of your order, get the order number and put it on the back of your cheque / postal orders.

Can I use more than one card to place an order?
Yes. If for any reason you need to split the cost of your order across 2 cards, this can be arranged. You will need to contact our customer service team so that they can process this transaction for you. You can contact them via phone 0207 084 7595 or via email on enquiry@ShytoBuy.co.uk and they will be able to split the cost of your order over your 2 selected cards.
