How should you use the product and how does it work
Essentially, Dermisil serves to kill the mites and thus eliminates the source of the infection.
- Dermisil Liquid Treatment –The liquid should be applied to the affected area, with a cotton bud. In addition it also can be added to bath water in order to attack the mites directly and relieve any itching. In order to use Dermisil in the bath you must simply add 10 drops of liquid to a very hot bath water, before mixing it thoroughly. Simply take your bath as normal, perhaps also scrubbing any lesions, as this may help to speed up the recovery process.
Once you have soaked yourself in the bath tub for 20-30 minutes, or applied the liquid to the affected area, you must pat yourself down carefully. You should pay a great deal of attention to creases in the hands or wrists, or any majorly affected areas. This product really is simple and effective and second to none for treating the Scabies infection.
In addition, it is advised that the treatment should be administered 4 days on and 4 days off, although some sufferers may prefer to continue with the treatment without any breaks in order to avoid any further infection.
It must be noted that without adequate treatment, the Scabies infection cannot be treated effectively, thus it is vital to begin treatment the moment symptoms are observed.
What is Scabies?
Scabies is a contagious skin infection, spread through scratching, and in turn the accumulation of mites under the fingernails, prior to contamination of another person’s skin. The infection can be passed on through telephone receivers, computer keyboards and such like. In relation, the mites are attracted to body heat and fragrance, with the female species working to burrow into the skin, thus creating miniscule, threadlike tunnels that are often visible upon surface. The mites will then lay eggs, and leave feces within the tunnels.
As a result, intense, itchy skin rashes will appear, once the impregnated female successfully makes her way into the stratum corneum of the skin. Once hatched, the larvae will travel around the skin, and will live for up to 3-4 weeks.
What does Scabies look like, and how is it Transmitted?
How can Scabies be transmitted?
Scabies can be transmitted through skin contact with anybody who is infected. Simply holding hands will suffice to spread the disease. If a close friend or family member becomes infected, then it is highly likely that you will also suffer from the infection. Mites can also be found in the genitals, between the fingers and disparate crevices throughout the body, including the buttocks, elbows, wrists and breasts. Consequently, Scabies can be common, but Dermisil for Scabies is the perfect, and totally natural way, to tackle the problem head on,
Scabies can also be spread through:
- The sharing of clothes
- Bedding
- Towels
- Contamination under the finger nails
As a preventive measure:
- Towels should be washed at high temperatures
- Clothing should be shared
- Bedding should be changed on a regular basis
What are the symptoms of this infection?
The symptoms are the result of an allergic reaction to the mites that develop over time- (the 8 week incubation period). The scabies themselves are microscopic, although they can be visible as a pin point of white. In relation, although it is predominantly the females who lay the eggs, the males may occasionally follow suit. A number of small burrows are sometimes visible to the eye. The majority of tunnels will occur in the webs of fingers, flexing surfaces of the wrists and armpits, the areolae of the breasts in females and on the genitals of males, along the belt line and on the lower buttocks.
Although the face is predominantly unaffected, in more severe cases, it can progress its way from the scalp right down to the feet. Furthermore, the rash can lead to a secondary infection if the surface area is broken, due to excessive scratching. In extension, people with weakened immune systems, such as those with advanced HIV, or those who are undergoing a treatment of immunosuppressive drugs like steroids, may experience a widespread rash, comprised of a thick scaling. This particular strain of infection is known as ‘Norwegian Scabies’.
Scabies is commonly misdiagnosed as severe pruritus (itching of healthy skin). During the early stages of pruirtus, the burrows will appear as tiny bumps on the hands, and can appear shiny and dark in colour, opposed to red.
One way to diagnose the infection is to identify the burrows. Alternatively, any affected area can be dabbed with ink from a fountain pen or a topical solution, which will in turn begin to glow under a particular light. The surface must then be wiped clean with an alcohol pad. If the sufferer is infected with Scabies, the characteristic zig- zag or S pattern will be visible.
The symptoms are the same for both men and women.
Considerations when using Dermisil
- It is imperative that you do not re-use any wash cloths or scrubbing aids, as this may lead to cross contamination. Furthermore, you must disinfect any cloth with 90% rubbing alcohol before any re-usage.
- Do not rinse yourself after using Dermisil, you must simply pat yourself down lightly.
- When applying Dermisil directly, you must ensure the cotton bud is clean.
- You may experience some dry skin during treatment, this is normal.
- Additional doses can be applied in between treatments if the itching does not reside, including the genital area.
- Furthermore, you must ensure that any surface that comes into contact with your skin, must be cleansed thoroughly.
- The liquid can also be added to your daily clothes wash, thus serving to kill any mites that are present in clothing, sheets, towels etc.
What are the ingredients of Dermisil for Scabies?
The active ingredients of Dermisil are high levels of alpha-terpinene-4-ol, a key component that is present in the plant extracts cymbopogon citrates and melaleuca alternifolia, both of which serve to neutralise the mites, responsible for the progression of the Scabies infection.

- cymbopogan citrates
- melaleuca alternifolia
- jojoba plant extracts
How long before you can see the results?
Dermisil for Scabies treatment is simple yet effective. Its manufacturer doesn’t claim to eliminate your mite infection within 48 hours, but you can expect some realistic results with this treatment.
The product may take up to 7-15 days for treating a scabies infection, although this will depend upon the particular type of mites that source the infection. Dermisil for Scabies is comprised of natural extracts, thus avoiding any adverse effects.
Testimonials concerning Dermisil for Scabies
Hi, I wanted to tell you my scabies story. First, I and my son started itching like crazy, and getting these raised red bumps on us. We tried treating it with over the counter medicines and nothing worked to get rid of it. Then we went to the dermatologist and they took a scrape sample off of us. They told us we had scabies mites in us (I was horrified!) they prescribed a permethrin cream. I started looking this up on the internet and found out that it was a poison pesticide. I called the doctor and they said that it was the only thing that worked for scabies. Then I started doing my own research and came across your product that has no pesticide in it. I ordered it and received it very quickly. (I like that, because if you have scabies you want them off of you as fast as possible). We applied the treatment and took very long hot baths with the Dermisil liquid and well as used it in our wash. We vacuumed and cleaned with BenzaRid spray everywhere, including my cars. Within 3 days our scabies had been treated and 5 days later we treated again and are now scabies free, thank God!
Thank you so much for changing our life. I have heard horror stories of not being able to get rid of these buggers!!

James Winters, Dumfries, VA. My family and I contracted a bird mite infestation about six months ago from the removal of some bird nests that were inside our attic. I had never heard of bird mites attacking humans, but now know that they do. Our doctors thought we were crazy. It seemed like no one could help us. I found your product on the internet and ordered the Dermisil for Scabies topical liquid. It took three weeks but our mite problems are now over. I noticed after the first night of being able to get some sleep, that we were actually seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. We hired an exterminator who tented the house while we vacated it, and underwent treatment while we stayed in our motor home. Until you go through this you will never understand the misery and hopelessness that you feel.
Thank you for helping us get our life back.
