When will I receive my order?
If you place your order before 4pm on any working day using our Royal Mail Tracked service, you can receive your parcel by the next working day depending on the postcode of your delivery address. Orders placed after 4pm will be delivered within 48 hours. If you order at the weekend, your parcel will be dispatched first thing on Monday morning, and you will be able to receive it by Tuesday afternoon. If you order on a Bank Holiday, your parcel may take an extra day to reach you. Order with our UPS Premium Courier Service before 4pm on any working day for guaranteed next day delivery of your item. All orders placed over the weekend with our UPS service will be packed and dispatched first thing on Monday morning, and with you by Tuesday afternoon. Alternatively, you can choose our Royal Mail Standard Delivery service. This service may take up to 5 days, but we offer it to all of our customers free of charge. So if you don't mind waiting, you can save that little bit extra.

Where does ShytoBuy deliver to?ShytoBuy delivers to the whole of the United Kingdom and over 50 other nations worldwide. Delivery costs will depend on the country from which you are ordering from. The amount of time that it takes for your order to arrive will also depend on where you are ordering from. International deliveries will usually take around 5-10 days to arrive.Can I track my order?Being able to track your order provides you with peace of mind and helps you to know when your order is on its way. On your transaction confirmation email we also include your parcel tracking number so you can see its progress at any time. Do I need to sign for my parcel?If you place your order using our Royal Mail Tracked services there is no need for you to sign for it. However, if you order using our UPS we will require a signature when your order is delivered.My order hasn't arrived yet, what shall I do?If your order has not arrived on the date that it was supposed to then you can use your tracking number to find out where it is. Your courier may have already tried to deliver your order. You can also contact us and our customer care team will do all that they can to resolve any issue with your delivery.Can my delivery address be different from my billing address?Yes, you can arrange for your order to be delivered to the address that is the most convenient for you. You can arrange for your order to be delivered to your work address or to a friend's house if you are unable to receive your order at home. Remember, because we only package your order in plain packaging with all the contents concealed, nobody needs to know what you have ordered.
