What is Skin Doctors Capillary Clear?

Ruptured capillaries appear on skin as unpleasant red spots and spider shaped veins on the nose, cheeks and the surrounding areas. These symptoms may be caused by genetics, triggered by lifestyle factors, such as alcohol consumption, or free radicals from sun exposure. The active ingredients in Skin Doctors Capillary Clear help to support the elasticity and health of the vessels as well as disperse the dried blood on surrounding capillaries. When tiny capillaries have been stretched so often by the pressure from larger veins, they become permanently dilated. The abnormal dilation weakens the capillary walls causing them to rupture easily. When the wall ruptures, blood seeps out and flows down along the pathway made by surrounding capillaries. It then dries and appears as a web like bruise, which we commonly refer to as a broken capillary. The active ingredients in Skin Doctors Capillary Clear help support capillary health by gradually relieving the visible signs of the ruptured capillaries until they permanently disappear.

How do I use Skin Doctors Capillary Clear?

Apply a small amount of this product once in the morning and once at night. Make sure your skin has been pre-moistened with warm water to open up the pores of your skin for maximum absorption. The ideal time to apply this product would be after a shower, bath or sauna. Lightly massage the cream into the skin for the best results. Once your broken capillaries disappear continue using Skin Doctors Capillary Clear to help prevent spider veins from resurfacing.

When can I see results?

Many users find that best results are achieved after 4 to 6 weeks of applying Capillary Clear twice a day. Results may vary from person to person depending on the severity of the condition. Skin type, thickness and pH balance also affect how quickly Skin Doctors Capillary Clear reduces broken capillaries.

Are there any side effects?

It’s advisable to test Capillary Clear on a small area of your skin and wait 24 hours before beginning treatment, just in case of an allergic reaction. Capillary Clear should not be used if you’re pregnant, breastfeeding or currently taking medication such as warfarin or aspirin. This should not be applied to mucus membrane or broken skin.

What ingredients does this treatment use?

• Phytotonine - contains extracts of arnica, cypress and solomon’s seal. It is rich in flavonoids, saponosides and procyanidols which are responsible for the strengthening of capillary walls. Studies have shown that the application of phytotonine for 3 weeks showed a 24% decrease in the redness of the affected area and a 25% reduction of extravascular blood flow, which helps to improve the appearance of redness and broken capillaries.
• Salicylic and lactic acids - helps to make the skin appear dense, which results in the reduction of capillaries on the facial area.
